Host Hotel & Room Rate: Double Tree by Hilton San Antonio Airport, 611 Northwest Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78216. Room Rate is $131.00 + 18% tax per night for a single or double. Program Advertising & Pricing
We invite all organizations, businesses and individuals to submit a full page, full color ad to be put into our coronation program. Ad prices are: Full Page $125.00, Half Page $100.00, Front or Back Inside Cover $250, Outside Back Cover $325. Specifications are below. For more information, contact programsales@alamoempire.org.

Specifications:
This year's program will be in a print format. It will be done in a standard 8 1/2" x 11" format.
Program ads should be submitted in one of the following electronic formats: pdf or jpg and must be high resolution, 300 dpi when submitted. No other electronic formats will be allowed.
DEADLINE for Program Ad Submissions:
All Program ads & payments must be received by April 30, 2025. Full payment must be submitted or your ad will not be placed in the program book. No Program Ad will be allowed after the deadline date, unless otherwise communicated by our program designers. Program ads can be sent to: programsales@alamoempire.org.

PROTOCOL FOR COURTS - ALAMO EMPIRE CORONATION 34:
Protocol MUST be submitted to Mistress of Protocol, Empress 2 Ericka Raye by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 15, 2025.

Protocol is ONLY being accepted electronically. NO on site protocol will be accepted.

UPPER and lower case (DO NOT use all caps)
- One (1) title One (1) walk
- Honorary Titles given by the stepping down monarchs
- Awards and honors (i.e. Double Eagle, Order of Jose 1, etc.) will not be included in protocol.
- Limit of 3 last names will be allowed (hyphenated names are considered as two (2)
- Greetings will only be “Welcome the member(s) of the...”
- Ball announcements will ONLY be allowed for coronations scheduled for June and July.
