Show entertainers will be by invitation only of Their Majesties Emperor and Empress XXXVII Selwyn Sarlow and Tracey Willingham.
Out of Town Show/Bar Tour

Show order will be reigning monarchs and then as music is turned in, as time permits. In the interest of time, music will be faded once the tipping has stopped and, in those very rare instances, for those that choose to be Divas and not take their money until later in their number.
The show will be followed by our bus tour to the clubs that have played host to and supported the ICFWA throughout the reign. Your hosts for the bus tour will be our candidates for Emperor and Empress XXXVIII.

Please keep in mind that for the comfort of all of our coronation guests, we ask that no bare chests, bare butts or bare breasts be displayed at any time during the evening. Also, no confetti, open flames or coronation fliers will be allowed in the ballroom on Saturday night. Please feel free to place your coronation/event fliers in our hospitality suites and at the Victory Brunch on Sunday morning.
At Their Majesties request, there will be in-theme court production numbers. Court Production numbers should be no more than seven (7) minutes long and must have five (5) or more participants. An award will be presented to the Best Court Production Number at the Victory Brunch. Texas is well known for our court production numbers and we are sure that this year will offer a wide variety of entertainment.

Join us as we celebrate the new Emperor and Empress XXXVIII and start them off with a show and auction to assist them in their travels.
Weekend Hospitality
Friday/Saturday
Friday, March 10th: Noon to 3:00pm / Midnight to 3:00am. There will be limited hospitality for guests not attending the bus run beginning at 10:00pm.
Saturday, March 11th: 8:00am to 3:00pm / 30 minutes after Coronation to 3:00am
Cost: FREE for attending guests. All guests must have a wristband to attend hospitality. Guests not attending the bar tour or Coronation may purchase a wristband for $10.00 following each event.
Our famous hospitality suites will be open Friday and Saturday for your enjoyment, hosted by Emperor & Empress XXXVI – Marty Edwards & Carla Parry, with their promise that all of our guests will have plenty of fun and refreshing Texas style hospitality.
